About GSC
GSC was founded by a former World Bank education x technology specialist with the goal of increasing the number of Japanese people who can contribute to society in a global environment. Especially with the widespread adoption of AI, answers are readily available. However, the ability to ask questions, analyze to identify answers, think deeply and from multiple perspectives, connect the dots, and draw ideas from experience are all uniquely human. Furthermore, interpersonal communication skills and comprehensive interpersonal abilities are becoming increasingly important. GSC uses online collaborative international learning (COIL) to connect the world and Japan . By supporting the development of glocal talent (people who use their global perspectives and experiences to contribute to the revitalization and development of local communities and economies) centered on their interests and strengths, GSC aims to foster a multicultural society both in Japan and around the world by supporting the development of global talent who can thrive on the world stage. We hope to empower more people to acquire the communication skills, problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills necessary in the AI era.

今泉 沙織
東京都出身、ワシントンDC在住。幼少期から多国籍の友人を通じて多様な価値観を学んだ経験を生かし、途上国の貧困問題解決を目指し、国際機関でのキャリアを築いた。米ウェズリアン大学政治学部卒業後、外資系コンサルティング会社勤務。米タフツ大学フレッチャースクールで開発経済と国際ビジネスの修士号取得後、世界銀行で13年間教育分野で勤務。南アジアやアフリカで教員研修、高等教育、イノベーション、教育テクノロジーのプロジェクト、政策提言、国際会議、調査に関わる。GSCの活動を通し、テクノロジーを利用して、日本の若者が世界に仲間を作り、地元地域社会や世界の課題解決に貢献できるような人材育成に寄与したいと考えている。
国際交流ディレクター
小山田美寿々
福岡県出身、インドのタミルナドゥ州在住。中学時代に出会った交換留学生との関わりで国際交流に興味を持つ。大学卒業後、日本の化粧品会社、冷凍食品会社、医療機器会社の生産管理と工程改善、薬事監査主任の職務を経てアメリカに留学。留学先で異文化、ジェンダー、宗教の違いを受容できる寛容性を学ぶ。サンディエゴの大学でTESOL取得後、留学生支援部門で勤務。11年間のアメリカ生活の後、2025年よりインドのタミルナドゥ州コインバトール市に移住。今後は日本人と世界を繋げ、多様性を認め尊重でき活躍できる次世代の人材育成の場を提供することを目指す。

佐土原 麻依
鹿児島県霧島市出身。大学在学中にマカオへ交換留学し、留学中にアジア各国をバックパックで周遊。卒業後は上場企業でグローバル物流部門を担当。在職中にボランティア休業制度を利用し、1年間NPO法人の東京およびカンボジア事務所で、村の女性が作った商品の企画開発や販売を担当。帰国後に退職し、現在は京都の小学校で英語専科教員を務める。地元への愛が強く、子どもたちが自分自身と地元に誇りを持ち、世界に発信していく過程をサポートしたいと考えている。

福原 明子
高校時代をオーストラリアで過ごし、異文化の中で多くの学びを得た後、英語教師を目指して帰国し、関西の中学校で教職に就く。その後、さらなる成長を求め、アメリカの大学院でTESOLの修士号を取得。アメリカや中国で英語および日本語を教え、さまざまな教育現場を経験。職業転換後は、ストリーミング企業で子ども向けコンテンツに携わり、シリコンバレーで国際的な仕事に従事。現在は、生成AIの教育活用に取り組みながら、異文化交流の重要性を伝え、次世代の成長をサポートすることを使命としている。
